There is a City of Rye Council Meeting on Wednesday January 20th @ 8pm with the main topic being the intersection of Midland Ave. & Palisade Rd. It promises to be a PACKED HOUSE so come early and get a seat! I along with many others will be speaking on this subject. In my memo I will be returning the favor to the RPD with the only difference being - I don't FALSELY ACCUSE! If anyone has any doubt in my innocence you need to look no further than the Channel 12 News Video that shows NO EVIDENCE of me in the middle of their SO CALLED INVESTIGATION. On the contrary it does show the woman who struck the child already in her daughters car(Gold BMW) & me in handcuffs being led to the Patrol Car from the OPPOSITE DIRECTION of the accident! Everyone will hear the COMPLETE TRUTH soon enough through a Court of Law! How nice of the RPD to make this all about me.
